About

Automated blogging for Brilliant Directories

ContentFlow Automator is a publishing assistant for directory websites. You describe your site once: the subject you write about, the people you write for, the voice you like, how often you want a post. From then on the platform drafts the articles, illustrates them, and either queues them for your review or publishes them straight to your Brilliant Directories blog through its API.

The goal is simple: a blog that keeps growing without you sitting down to write. Search engines reward sites that publish consistently, and directories that publish consistently get found by the people searching for the listings they hold.

What it does

ContentFlow Automator connects to your Brilliant Directories site, learns the topic you want to cover, and writes long-form blog posts for you on a schedule. Each draft arrives with a headline, an excerpt, SEO keywords, a meta description and a hero image, so it is ready to publish rather than ready to rewrite.

Who it is for

Directory owners, membership site operators and small marketing teams who know that a steady blog brings in search traffic and sign-ups, but who do not have the hours to write one or two articles a week. It suits single-site owners as well as people running a network of niche directories.

How it stays in your control

Nothing goes live behind your back. Every draft lands in a review queue where you can edit the copy, swap the image, leave feedback, or send it to your site in one click. Auto-publish is optional, and each site keeps its own theme, tone, keywords and affiliate rules.

Who builds it

ContentFlow Automator is built and maintained by GoldenSwan, a small independent studio that also runs its own directory sites. The product grew out of our own workflow: writing and publishing consistently was the part that kept slipping, so we automated the drafting, the imagery and the publishing step, and kept the editorial judgement with the person who owns the site.

Every release is shaped by the directory owners using it. If something about your workflow does not fit, tell us: we read every message that arrives through the contact form.
